At Firwood Dental Practice our mission is to provide a first class service. We have a fantastic reputation for providing outstanding dental care.
We are a small friendly practice based in Chadderton providing private dental care through affordable monthly plans. We also provide NHS services for children up to the age of 16.
As well as a full range of dental treatments we also offer facial aesthetics. Where appropriate we can provide sedation for anxious patients.
Prevention of dental problems is key to our ethos, but when treatment is required we strive to provide excellent quality, and gentle dentistry to all of our valued patients.
I visited this very modern practice yesterday for a thorough deep scale & Polish as I hadn't been able to find a dentist in sometime. These lovely ladies made me feel right at home. My teeth and mouth feel so much fresher today. Thankyou so much.
When attending my 6 monthly check up, Max saw me for my appointment. Max is one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever met. I have never felt so at ease during a dentist appointment before. He was calm, explained everything and really friendly. ☺️

My two children are registered at this practice, they attend check ups every 6 months. Natalie is brilliant with them, they both actively look forward to going to the dentist and leave looking so happy and proud! Highly recommend
Really happy every time I visit this dentist. I'm registered here as well as my twins who are just 3 years old. They are very comfortable, Natalie makes them feel totally at ease and appointments are an absolute breeze!We've been for regular check ups and ad hoc appointments for two chipped teeth. Scheduling is always very accommodating which I really appreciate.
My late husband and I have attended Firwood Dental Practice for several years. All the staff are always friendly and professional and go out of their way to help.My husband had several complex medical issues which had impacted on his teeth and dental care but Natalie genuinely cared and went out of her way to help him and make sure that he was comfortable and able to receive a high standard of dental care despite the difficulties these presented during treatment.The care I have personally received has always been excellent. Natalie carefully considers what treatment plan she feels is best whatever the situation and clearly explains the options so I have always been able to make an informed choice. During treatment she regularly checks that I am doing ok, especially if treatment takes a long time.If you are looking for a dental practice that provides quality dental care in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere, Firwood Dental Practice is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. I was able to make an emergency appointment very quickly and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The dentist made me feel at ease, explained the procedure very clearly, took her time and had a kind manner. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been with Firwood Dental Practice just over a year. Natalie & all the staff are lovely & welcoming. Just recently I had an issue with my tooth I called & Natalie was away on holiday for the week. I was concerned that i was also going away in a couple of days & was very stressed at being away with the pain etc.They staff sorted me an appointment the same day at an alternative practice who looked after me.Firwood then followed up in the afternoon to ensure I was okay & booked me an appointment for my return from Holiday. Natalie then checked how I was & did further investigations. Amazing service thank you
I had not visited a Dentist for a very long time as I had a bad experience...Natalie made me feel at ease ( as did All the staff) the moment I entered the building.Great care and patient welfare are a priority at Firwood.I am so pleased with how my teeth are now from my first appointment and I am not halfway through my treatment yet. Had an appointment with Alison who is absolutely amazing and a really kind human being. She's ask how your feeling throughout the appointment and makes sure she works with you if you require a break or anything. Assest to the practice xx
I lived in Chadderton for many years and I vi sited Firwood Dental Practice. I have moved since but I have to say I still go to Firwood because I have the most considerate, lovely, prettiest Dentist in the whole of Lancashire and perhaps in the whole of the UK. They are so pleasant that you have no need to worry they put you at your ease as quickly as possible. I recommend this Dental Practice to everyone in the vicinity.
This is a review on my mum’s experience as she doesn’t use a google account, I cannot speak highly enough about this dentist practice, I was in agony in the evening I called at 8am and Natalie came in early to treat me and check my tooth. I was in so much pain and Natalie treated me there and then. I cannot thank them enough for helping me throughout, I got a phone call the next day to check I was okay which was lovely for them to do. 5 star service thank you
My son has the good fortune of having Natalie as a dentist! Whilst on holiday my son chipped his front tooth- so managed to contact the dental practice whilst we were away and they acted fast and professional to ensure my son got an appointment straight away as soon as we got back! Today's visit for my 6 monthly dental check up was never going to be my highlight of the week but the re-vamped bright, modern surgery, professional and friendly staff and a nice calm ambient atmosphere certainly helped to calm my nerves. The Dentist, Natalie, was friendly, reassuring and very efficient, talking me through the procedure and answering any questions and concerns. I recently had two fillings preformed my Alison on my front upper two teeth. Alison was great, she took the time to explain what was going on throughout and what different tool/sound/feeling was going to be. Alison was very caring and made sure to ask if I was Ok at regular intervals and ask if I needed to stop at any point. Once finished she made sure I was happy with everything before leaving and for me to check I was happy with the colour shade with them being my front teeth. If im very honest I cant tell she’s preformed a filling as the match was that good. I have been a patient at firwood dental for just over a year and have had treatment of both Natalie and Alison and would highly recommend them as a private dentist, myself and my whole family are now on there book.
My son recently had a filling with Alison, he had been dreading it for days before but Alison reassured him and was so gentle he didn’t even know which tooth had a filling! Couldn’t thank her and the rest of the staff enough x
Natalie puts you at ease. She is very gentle when you are having treatment. All the staff are very friendly. The surgery has a nice atmosphere.

Excellent dentist and great staff. I love that the dentist explains every question I ask and has given me some great tips regarding how to best look after my teeth.
The refurbished surgery is clean and simply furnished. It is a surgery and not a home, cleanliness is paramount to your clients. The staff are very pleasant and Natalie is Professional and informative.

Wow I am so impressed. The practice runs like clockwork, the staff from Natalie to the dental nurses to the front of house team are so friendly and kind. My youngest was playing up in the waiting room and the team was really nice about it. Natalie herself is brilliant and amazing with young children. I feel so lucky that I stumbled across this dental practice and I look forward to my kids future check ups as they get older 🙂
